Please find attached the necessary information for the MWM taking place in Brussels 4-6 February 2010 in Brussels
All information concerning the procedure is contained in the document : Registration CIORWM 10.
1. Note that in the registrationsform xls. the first three lines have been filles as an example. Please erase these when registrating your delegation.
2. Note that all forms must be fully completed with accurate information before 31 DEC 09
3. You are requested to make your otel reservations yourself. Hilton can be done through their website ( see the address in Registration CIORWMpdf.
4.Thorn and Meercure can be done using the attached forms.
5. It is in your own interest to complete registration in time and payment before 15 JAN 2010
