Founded in accordance with the Statute of ORO RM
As proficient association for improving military medicine
The seat of the Section is within the headquarters of ORO RM.
The Section encompass:
- Leadership at state level and
- Leadership branches at the municipality organizational level.
Responsibilities:
- supports organization and preparedness of the medicall service within national and international framework;
- promotes standardization and interoperability among medical units of different levels; improves efficiency medical services;
- contribute to the development and mutual understanding among active and reserve military medical forces;
- establishes cooperation with similar national and international organizations; provides exchange of information;
- organizes expert and scientific meetings, courses and training programs within the frames of ORO of RM and within the working environment.

The Section of reserve medical officers
May become all members of ORO-RM who have completed medical, dental, pharmaceutical or veterinary education (from 4th to 8th degree).
Membership is a personal legacy and moral act without considering the age and is not related to the constitutional and legal obligation for engagement in case of disasters and crise situations or war ( which understands deployment within the working organization or deployment of forces for the protection and defending the territory or deployment within the
security forces).
Membership is acquired with submission of a special membership application within the correspondent municipality organization of ORO of RM, after the acceptance of the application.
All members bear the costs for the annual participation of collective membership within: The International Confederation of medical reserve officers in NATO (CIOMR). Section provisions predict cases and situations when members may lose their membership legacy. POC: 02/2454 376 & 070/64 80 64.
